We have experienced an outage with our mail services and webmail application due to  a software issue on our MySQL server.

Our Network Operations team has investigated and resolved the outage.

Outage : Mail delivery delayed : SOLVED

UPD 30/09/2022 08h53: The mail problem is resolved. Mail traffic is completely back to normal since 29/09/2022 18h00.

UPD 16h10: our supplier has identified the issue and has implemented a patch for mail gateways. The mail traffic is being restored but there are still delays of 2-3 hours.

UPD 12h12: the mail issue is a global problem at our supplier. Mail servers are affected all over the world. Our supplier is trying to fix the issue in the shortest possible time.

We are currently experiencing problem with our mail servers due to a massive influx of spam.

Mail delivery is currently delayed. No mails should be lost.

Our Network operations team is working now on resolving the issue as soon as possible.

We would like to inform you about a new phishing wave that is aimed at both customers and non-customers.

Customers receive emails pretending to come from a mailserver / support center, etc. The message tells you that your mail storage quota has been exceeded and incoming mails have been placed on hold until you click on a link.

Here is an example:

This is a blackmail spam and opening the link may cause a leak of your logins.

We would like to inform you about a new phishing wave that is aimed at both customers and non-customers.

Customers receive emails pretending to come from a mailserver / Microsoft Online Service, etc. The message tells you that your incoming mails have been placed on hold until you click on a link.

Outage: Outgoing mails to @icloud.com, @mac.com, @me.com [SOLVED]

Dear customers,

We are currently experiencing issues with mail delivery to certain domains, such as @icloud.com, @mac.com, @me.com, because Apple is currently blocking our outbound mail servers. Please contact Apple support if you have issues with mail delivery from edpnet to these domains. Contacting them will help to unblock as soon as possible.

Outage: Outgoing mail services : Solved

Dear customers,

We are currently experiencing an outage with outgoing mail.  Our Network Operations team is investigating this outage. Further updates will be released as soon as possible.

EDIT 11:27*: Our Network Operations team has isolated the problem and is currently working on a fix. It seems it was caused by the DDoS attack on Saturday.

EDIT 12:10*: Our mailservers have been rebooted after a fix was deployed. Mail is working again. Our mailservers are working through backlog. If you have mails that weren’t correctly sent, please send them again.

EDIT 04/09 9:32*: We are receiving reports outbound mails are once again not working correctly. Our Network Operations team is investigating the issue.

EDIT 04/09 9:42: The issue was quickly found and solved. A change was made to aid in troubleshooting yesterday and was incorrectly reverted. No problems should reoccur.
