Outage: Namur area – all services impacted

Update 02/05/2016 – 10h01: Impacted customers went back online on 29/04 by 12h40. The full restoration of Proximus network has been finished on Saturday noon, all the services are functioning flawlessly since then.

Outage: Partial telephony outage

Dear customers,

We are currently experiencing a partial outage with telephony. The outage was  investigated by our NOC team, who found that one of the servers responsible for telephony crashed. Further updates will be released as soon as possible.

Edit 1: The cause was found to be one of the telephony servers that went down. It was rebooted and shortly came up again. A few calls still fail.

Edit 2 10:45AM*: The server was taken down again for maintenance due to lingering issues. We are bringing it back online as soon as the maintenance ends.

Edit 3 11:00AM*: The server is back online. We are monitoring it for faults.
