My edpnet will be inaccessible.  You will not be able to order online on our website.

Een oplossing wordt verwacht vóór het einde van volgende week.

There is a maintenance planned in the zones 02, 03, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016 and 089. During the maintenance all edpnet services (DSL, VoIP, …) will be impacted.

Maintenance window: 05:00 – 06:00

Update (01/02/2012): Due to problems this morning, interruptions were experienced between 5:20 – 8:20. The maintenance will be rescheduled, more info will follow.

Update (30/03/2012): The maintenance has been rescheduled to 05/04/2012.
                                 Maintenance window: 04:30 – 06:00

Update (05/04/2012): The maintenance has been completed successfully.

We are facing a major outage, fiber connection down between Rotterdam and Amsterdam, and backup is not working. We re working really hard to get this solved ASAP.

Update: The problem should be solved, the link Rotterdam and Amsterdam is back up. In the meanwhile we will solve the backup path as well.

1. Er is een onderhoud gepland op ons netwerk.
Alle xDSL- en colocatie klanten zullen een downtime ervaren van minimum 15 tot maximum 45 minuten.

Tijdspanne: 02:00 – 06:00

2. Er is een onderhoud gepland op een van onze load balancers.
Tijdens het onderhoud zullen mail en Windows Streaming services offline zijn.

Tijdspanne: 07:00 – 07:15

During the maintenance mail and Windows Streaming services will be offline.

Er is momenteel een storing met edpnet telephony.
Het is niet mogelijk om mobiele (06) en premium (betaal) -nummers te bellen.

Edpnet probeert dit probleem zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.

Update (02/03 16:15): Mobiele (06) nummers zijn terug bereikbaar. Premium nog niet.
Update (05/03 09:00): Klanten kunnen momenteel niet opgebeld worden.
Update (05/03 12:30): Klanten kunnen terug opgebeld worden.
Update (14/03 12:00): Premium (betaal) -nummers zijn terug bereikbaar.

Edpnet verontschuldigt zich voor dit ongemak.
