Update 19/06/2026 13:01: The fault has been identified as a hardware failure, likely caused by the extreme weather conditions. Our supplier’s engineer is en route to the location.
Update 19/06/2026 13:16: The incident has been resolved by our supplier at 13:02. All affected customer connections came back online by 13:10.
