This morning, some customers in the Brussels-Capital Region experienced a brief service interruption on their xDSL/GPON connections.

This was caused by an internal infrastructure change that was expected to have no customer impact. The service was restored at 7:34, and all affected customer connections recovered by 7:50.

We’re reviewing why this change behaved differently than expected, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
