These phishing attempts claim there has been “suspicious activity” on your account or that “immediate action is required” to verify your details. They may request personal information, login or payment details, or direct you to websites designed to steal your data.
We will never ask you to provide any personal information via email, or request that you “confirm” or “verify” your sensitive information through email links.
When in doubt, don’t trust the email:
- Do not click links or download attachments
- Do not reply or provide any information
- If unsure, contact our support team through verified channels listed on our website
