Update 26/03/2026 08:45: A fix has been implemented. We are currently seeing recovery, and our engineers are working to ensure no further recurrences.
Update 26/03/2026 09:28: We are still observing sporadic call failures. We are investigating together with our supplier to fully mitigate the incident.
Update 26/03/2026 13:42: Voice and data are currently stable. We are continuing to monitor for any further issues.
Update 26/03/2026 16:45: A repeat of the earlier issue occurred at 16:40, affecting calls and mobile data for a subset of customers. We’ve resumed the investigation with our supplier and will provide updates as we learn more.
Update 26/03/2026 19:20: The issue has been mitigated since 18:00. The team is continuing to monitor the situation.
