Proximus is currently experiencing a nationwide outage affecting the mobile network for both calls and data.

This incident impacts Citymesh mobile customers, as well as edpnet customers who have already migrated to the new network.

We’ll provide further updates as they become available.

Update 16-03-2025 15:50: The issue has been resolved. Mobile services have been gradually returning to normal for all users. If you’re still not getting any signal, we recommend toggling airplane mode on and off on the device.
