Roaming issues in Russia

Dear customers,

Due to Regulatory requirements starting 6th October 2025, Russian mobile networks apply 24h-service blocking period for mobile data and SMS to all roaming subscribers visiting their networks.

The blocking should be automatically applied from the moment of first registration in the network and stay active during 24 hours, then it will be removed.

In case of no activity from an SIM during 3 subsequent days after the blocking removal, it will be applied again until any activity from the IMSI appears and then next 24 hours expire.

There is no impact to voice services, which will be fully available regardless the blocking.
