Our Network Operations team is investigating this outage. We&#8217;ll share the estimated repair time once we know more.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Update 21\/01\/2026 12:59: <\/strong>Our field engineer is on-site and coordinating with our supplier to resolve the issue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Update 21\/01\/2026 13:46:\u00a0<\/strong>The issue has been corrected. All affected connections are operational again as of 13:33.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s still an issue with the patch panel that requires correction by our supplier&#8217;s engineer. We&#8217;ll update you once the fiber connection is properly seated and the incident is fully resolved.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Update 22\/01\/2026 10:01<\/strong>: The permanent fix was implemented yesterday a 15:29.
