Issue: Number not showing on outgoing calls: Solved

Dear customers,

We are currently experiencing an issue with our telephony number identification service.  For some customers, their number is not showing on outgoing calls. Our Network Operations team is investigating this issue.  Further updates will be released as soon as possible.

Update 29/11/2017 11:50 : A solution for this issue was implemented last week. Monitoring of our system shows that this solution works as it was designed.

    Is het nodig om steeds mails in het Engels te ontvangen?
    Uw firma bevindt zich in Sint-Niklaas en daar is de taal toch nog NEDERLANDS?

      Beste Heer Van der Veken, wij hebben bewust gekozen om onze communicatie over netwerkproblemen of geplande onderhoudswerken in het Engels te doen. Edpnet heeft klanten over heel België, dus ook Franstalige klanten. Wij willen graag alle klanten op een snelle en efficiënte manier bereiken. Wij willen geen kostbare tijd verliezen in vertalen van berichten op moment van problemen vooraleer we iets kunnen posten. Vandaar dat Engels voor ons de beste oplossing leek. D berichten op onze blog worden verspreid naar oa Twitter en Facebook. Het spijt ons als u zich hier niet in kan vinden.
